摘  要:为防止大型LNG储罐遭受地震等自然灾害的影响,往往采用在桩基和储罐主体之间安装隔震垫的办法。但在隔震支座安装作业时,二次灌浆平均麻面率达到了23.59%,单桩最大麻面率甚至高达44%。经过分析和研究发现主要是由于在二次灌浆过程中,预埋板下部气体淤滞难以排出所导致,与灌浆料性能和周围环境因素均无关系。因此采取对预埋板和二次灌浆施工流程的办法进行改进,经实施后,二次灌浆平均麻面率降低至7.32%,节省返工成本共计378 800元。In order to prevent large LNG storage tanks from being affected by natural disasters such as earthquake,rubber bearings are usually installed between pile foundation and storage tank body.However,in the installation of isolation bearings,the average pitted surface rate of secondary grouting is 23.59%,and the maximum pitted surface rate of single pile is even as high as 44%.Through analysis and research,it is found that the gas at the bottom of the embedded plate is stagnant and difficult to discharge during the secondary grouting,which has nothing to do with the performance of the grouting material and the surrounding environmental factors.Therefore,the construction process of embedded plate and secondary grouting was improved.After the implementation,the average pockmarked surface rate of secondary grouting was reduced to 7.32%,saving a total of 378800 Yuan in rework cost.
