摘  要:射孔技术是指利用能量穿透套管、水泥环和井壁附近地层,建立地层与井筒之间流体流通的一项技术,是油气田完井工程的重要组成部分,随着油气勘探开发难度的增加,射孔工艺技术的要求也越来越高。为了降低射孔的孔道周围压实带和清洁射孔通道,海上完井主要采用负压射孔方式,射孔后,在负压差作用下,地层流体可立即通过射孔孔道流入井筒。文章介绍海上油田常用的负压射孔管柱设计技术,包含静态负压射孔管柱设计、动态负压射孔管柱设计,针对不同的工况,选用合适的射孔技术,达到合理的射孔效果和节约海上作业时间的目的。Perforating technology refers to a technology that uses energy to penetrate the casing,cement sheath and the formation near the wellbore to establish fluid flow between the formation and the wellbore.It is an important part of oil and gas f ield completion engineering.With the increase of the diff iculty of oil and gas exploration and development,the requirements of perforating technology are getting higher and higher.In order to reduce the compaction zone around the perforation channel and clean the perforation channel,negative pressure perforation is mainly used for offshore completion.After perforation,formation fluid can flow into the wellbore through the perforation channel immediately under the action of negative pressure difference.This paper introduces the design technology of negative pressure perforating string commonly used in offshore oilf ield,including static negative pressure perforating string design and dynamic negative pressure perforating string design.According to different working conditions,appropriate perforating technology is selected to achieve reasonable perforating effect and save offshore operation time.
