摘  要:文章针对固体废物中毒杀芬测定,优化仪器色谱分析条件、探讨定性定量方法;优化固体废物提取条件和固体废物浸出液前处理萃取条件,明确建立硅酸镁小柱的净化方法,细化了固体废物以及固体废物浸出液中毒杀芬的分析方法;此实验分析方法经验证,检出限、精密度和加标回收率均满足实际样品的测定要求。In this article,for the determination of toxaphene in solid waste,the chromatographic analysis conditions were optimized,and the qualitative and quantitative methods were discussed.The extraction conditions of solid waste and the pretreatment and extraction conditions of solid waste leaching solution were optimized and established.The purif ication method of magnesium silicate column was clearly established,and the analysis method of toxaphene in solid waste and solid waste leaching solution was successfully ref ined.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method meet the requirements of actual samples.
