摘 要:二氧化钛(TiO_(2))具有无毒、成本低、光氧化能力强、物理化学稳定性好等特性,目前被认为是最有前途的半导体材料之一。文章采用了简便的水热法合成了TiO_(2)纳米颗粒,并经过不同的煅烧温度处理得到目标样品,采用XRD、TEM等测试及粒径分布统计对样品进行了表征。分析结果表明煅烧温度对TiO_(2)物相的组成、结晶性和晶粒尺寸有重要的影响。同时,比较Rietveld精修、传统的谢乐公式和W-H方法对TiO_(2)的平均晶粒尺寸分析,结果表明这三种方法得到TiO_(2)的晶粒尺寸大小比较符合,且随着煅烧温度的升高而增大。通过TEM进一步验证了随温度的升高,TiO_(2)的晶粒尺寸和形貌也呈规律性变化。Titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))is considered as one of the most promising semiconductor materials due to its non-toxic,low cost,strong photooxidation ability and good physical and chemical stability.In this paper,TiO_(2) nanoparticles were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method,and the target samples were obtained after different calcination temperatures.The samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and particle size distribution statistics.The results show that the calcination temperature has an important effect on the composition,crystallinity and grain size of TiO_(2) phase.At the same time,the average grain size of TiO2 with different calcination temperature have been researched using Rietveld refinement,Scherler formula and W-H method,respectively.The results show that the grain size of TiO_(2) obtained by these three methods is consistent with each other and increases with the increase of calcination temperature.It was further verified by TEM that the grain size and morphology of TiO2 changed regularly with the increase of temperature.
