摘　　要：鉴于征占用林地管理存在的瓶颈问题,应用先进的现代信息化技术,通过对林地资源、林木资源和森林的生态功能变化,进行智能感知、信息采集、快速传输和高效处理,达到数据采集精准、存储安全、管理规范和动态监管的目标,实现林地征占用信息化管理、林地管理预警监控和林地资源数字化,为林业行政管理部门科学地进行林地综合管理提供科学依据,提升林地管理能力,有效控制和处罚非法占用林地的事件,提高统筹林地管理和林地利用效益。In view of the bottleneck problems in the management of forest land requisition and occupation,advanced modern information technology is applied to achieve the goals of accurate data collection,safe storage,standardized management and dynamic supervision through intelligent perception,information collection,rapid transmission and efficient processing of forest land resources,forest resources and forest ecological function changes,so as to achieve the informatization management of forest land requisition and occupation,early warning monitoring of forest land management and digitalization of forest land resources.Provide scientific basis for forestry administrative departments to scientifically carry out comprehensive management of forest land,improve forest land management capacity,effectively control and punish illegal occupation of forest land,and improve overall forest land management and forest land utilization efficiency.
