摘  要:生态产品价值实现是推动生态保护和经济发展“双赢”的关键路径,对于构建现代化生态经济体系具有重要意义。本文从资源税费、生态补偿、市场手段三个方面深入分析生态产品价值实现路径,并建立生态产品类型与价值实现途径之间的联系。生态产品选择哪种价值实现途径要考虑该生态产品的类型与特点,不同类型生态产品的价值实现途径具有各自的适用条件。指出未来我国生态产品价值实现要通过制度设计和政策完善促使市场发挥更大的作用。The realization of the value of ecological products is a key path to promote a win-win situation between ecological protection and economic development,and is of great significance for building a modern ecological economic system.This article analyzed the value realization path of ecological products from resource taxes,ecological compensation and market methods,and established the connection between the types of ecological products and the value realization path.The choice of value realization path for ecological products should consider the type and characteristics of the ecological product,and the value realization paths for different types of ecological products have their own applicable conditions.It is pointed out that in the future,the realization of the value of ecological products in China should be achieved through institutional design and policy improvement to encourage the market to play a greater role.
