摘 要:微误吸是由声门下分泌物通过人工气道气囊皱襞形成的通道进入下呼吸道造成的,被认为是呼吸机相关性肺炎的重要致病因素之一。因患者发生微误吸后不出现任何症状,隐匿性极强,确诊具有一定的滞后性,需进一步探索和确认。该文综述了造成微误吸的相关因素及防治措施,阐述了微误吸与呼吸机相关性肺炎的因果关系,便于医护人员及时预防患者发生微误吸,从而降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。Micro-aspiration is caused by subglottic secretions entering the lower respiratory tract through a channel formed by the folds of the artificial airway balloon.It is considered to be one of the important pathogenic factors of ventilator-associated pneumonia.Because the patients do not show any symptoms after micro-aspiration and it is highly occult,the diagnosis will be delayed,which requires further exploration and confirmation.In this paper,the related factors and prevention and treatment measures of micro-aspiration were summarized,and the causal relationship between micro-aspiration and ventilator-associated pneumonia was expounded to facilitate medical staff to prevent and avoid the occurrence of micro-aspiration in patients in time,so as to reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia.
