摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病是临床常见病,该病在给患者造成极大身心痛苦的同时加重医疗负担。由于目前对该病的发病机制尚无定论,临床上常常根据不同发病机制学说而采用不同的治疗方法。温针疗法是《循证针灸临床实践指南》推荐的神经根型颈椎病针灸治疗方法之一。该疗法既能改善受损的神经、肌肉、血管功能,又可抑制炎性因子,调控免疫,其治疗机制符合多种神经根型颈椎病发病机制学说。本文根据近年文献报道,参照颈部功能评估方法,对温针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效进行分级分类评价,分别阐述温针治疗对神经根型颈椎病不同症状的临床疗效。Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is a common clinical disease,which causes great physical and mental pain and increases medical burden to patients.Due to current inconclusive understanding of pathogenesis of the disease,different treatment methods may be applied in clinical practice based on different pathogenesis theories.Warm needle therapy is one of acupuncture treatment methods for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type recommended by the Evidence based acupuncture Clinical Practice Guide,which can improve function of damaged nerves,muscles,and blood vessels,inhibit inflammatory factors and regulate immunity.The curative mechanism conforms to various theories on pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Based on recent literature reports and referring to evaluation method of cervical function,the article classifies and evaluates effect of warm acupuncture in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and describes clinical effect of warm acupuncture in treatment of different symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
