温针配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的 观察温针配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法 择取2017年1月-2021年12月东海县中医院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者55例为研究样本,依据治疗方式的不同将其分为研究组(n=28)和对照组(n=27)。研究组予以温针配合推拿治疗,对照组予以温针治疗。分析比较两组治疗疗效、治疗前后CASCS积分、PRI积分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前CASCS积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗第一疗程、第二疗程后症状积分、能力积分、体征积分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PRI积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗第一疗程、第二疗程后PRI感觉分/PRI情绪分均低于对照组,且研究组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针灸牵引治疗,应用温针配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果更为显著,可有效提升治疗疗效,改善CASCS积分、PRI积分,减轻痛感,利于患者病症的有效好转以及恢复,值得推广。Objective To observe effect of warm acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods The paper chose 55 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type admitted to Donghai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2021 as study samples,and divided them into study group(n=28)and control group(n=27)according to different treatment methods.Study group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with massage,while control group with warm acupuncture.Treatment effect,CASCS scores,PRI scores before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of treatment in study group was,higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in CASCS scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the first and second courses of treatment,symptom scores,ability scores,and physical sign scores in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PRI scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the first and second courses of treatment,the PRI sensory scores/PRI emotional scores in study group were lower than control group,and improvement degree in study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with massage can achieve more significant effect than acupuncture and traction treatment in treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,can improve curative effect,CASCS scores,PRI scores effectively,reduce pain,improve and recover from the disease effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
