联合米非司酮对产后胎盘残留产妇疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 研究米非司酮治疗产后胎盘残留产妇的疗效及安全性。方法 本研究选取本院2019年6月-2021年2月间收治的产后胎盘残留产妇82例,依据随机数字表方式将患者均分至对照组、观察组,每组41例。甲氨蝶呤为对照组干预手段,观察组患者接受甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗疗效和不良反应发生率,同时比较两组患者治疗前后的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、胎盘残留面积、C反应蛋白(CRP)表达水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率数据更优(P<0.05)。实施治疗之后,观察组血清β-hCG指标、CRP指标、胎盘残留面积大小情况较小(P<0.01)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 米非司酮治疗产后胎盘残留效果明显,能有效促进残留胎盘清除,改善机体激素表达,且安全性较高,值得在临床推广。Objective To study effect and safety of mifepristone in treatment of postpartum residual placenta.Methods The paper chose 82 postpartum women with residual placenta admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 as study objects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with intervention measure of methotrexate,while observation group with methotrexate combined with mifepristone.Treatment effect and adverse reaction incidence was compared between two groups,and human chorionic gonadotropin levels(β-HCG),placenta residual area,and C-reactive protein(CRP)expression levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was better(P<0.05),β-hCG index,CRP index,and residual area of placenta in observation were relatively little,(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions incidence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone is effective in treatment of postpartum residual placenta,can promote clearance of residual placenta effectively,improve hormones expression in the body with high safety,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
