改良体位痰液引流治疗心胸外科术后肺部感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 针对心胸外科术后肺部感染的患者采用改良体位痰液引流进行治疗,分析其治疗效果。方法 本次研究选择了100例心胸外科术后肺部感染的患者作为研究对象,于2021年1-2021年10月开始实验。将100例患者分成各50例的对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规引流方式,观察组采用改良体位痰液引流治疗。对比两组患者的引流效果、感染治疗效果以及生活质量。结果 对照组和观察组患者在引流前,PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、痰液量三项指标,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。引流后,PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、痰液量三项指标均是观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组相比,观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组在物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能等方面的评分,比不上观察组的评价,可见观察组患者的生命质量评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对心胸外科术后肺部感染的患者,采用改良体位痰液引流进行治疗,可以提升引流效果,在提升治疗感染的同时提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To analyze curative effect of modified posture sputum drainage for patients with pulmonary infection after cardiothoracic surgery.Methods The study chose 100 patients with pulmonary infection after cardiothoracic surgery from 2021 to October 2021 as study objects,and divided them into control group of 50 patients and observation group of 50 patients.Control group was treated with routine drainage,while observation group with improved posture sputum drainage.Drainage effect,infection treatment effect,and life quality between two groups was compared.Results Before drainage,three indicators of PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),and sputum volume in control group and observation group had no significant difference(P>0.05).After drainage,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),and sputum volume in observation group was better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison between two groups showed,curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.scores of control group in terms of material life,physical function,social function,psychological function,etc.were less than observation group,indicating that life quality scores in observation group were higher than control group,(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Conclusion Modified posture sputum drainage can improve drainage effect,life quality of patients with pulmonary infection after cardiothoracic surgery,with better infection treatment,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
