孕前优生健康检查在优生优育中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析孕前优生健康检查在优生优育中的应用价值。方法选取1000例孕产妇为研究对象,按照孕产妇是否接受过孕前优生健康检查分为对照组(未接受孕前优生健康检查)和观察组(接受过孕前优生健康检查),每组500例。比较两组孕妇新生儿出生缺陷情况及满意度。结果观察组孕妇新生儿出生缺陷发生率(3.40%)明显低于对照组(10.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇对优生优育知识的了解程度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕前优生健康检查在优生优育中的应用价值更高,孕妇接受孕前优生健康检查后新生儿出生缺陷率更低,对相关优生优育知识了解程度更高,建议临床对孕妇进行孕检时应加强开展孕前优生健康检查。Objective To analyze the application value of pre-pregnancy health examination in good prenatal and postnatal care.Methods 1000 cases ofpregnant women were selected as the object of inquiry.According to whether the pregnant women had received pre-pregnancy health examination,they were divided into control group(did not receive pre-pregnancy health examination)and observation group(had received pre-pregnancy health examination),with 500 cases in each group.Neonatal birth defects and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of birth defects in the observation group(3.40%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pregnant women in the observation group had a higher understanding of good prenatal and postnatal care knowledge than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of pre-pregnancy good birth health examination is higher in good prenatal and postnatal care.The rate ofnewborn birth defects is lower after pregnant women receive pre-pregnancy good birth health examination,and the knowledge of related good birth and good birth is higher.It is suggested that the pre-pregnancy good birth health examination should be strengthened during clinical pregnancy examination for pregnant women.
