宫腔水囊压迫与宫腔纱条填塞治疗剖宫产产后出血的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔水囊压迫与宫腔纱条填塞治疗剖宫产产后出血的应用价值。方法选取42例剖宫产产后出血患者,按照抽签方式分为A组与B组,每组21例。A组行宫腔水囊压迫治疗,B组行宫腔纱条填塞治疗。比较两组止血相关指标及不良反应发生率、再次出血发生率、子宫切除率、宫腔感染率、患者满意度情况。结果A组止血操作时间、填塞物留置时间短于B组,止血显效时间明显长于B组,术后24 h内总出血量少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率、再次出血发生率、子宫切除率、宫腔感染率均明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组满意度评分(96.58±4.26)分高于B组的(91.04±6.21)分,满意度85.71%高于B组的57.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产后出血患者采取宫腔水囊压迫治疗,止血效果更确切、更安全,可减少相关不良反应和并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of uterine water sac compression and uterine gauze packing in the treatment ofpostpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 42 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were divided into group A and group B by drawing lots,with 21 cases in each group.Group A was treated with intrauterine water sac compression,group B was treated with intrauterine gauze packing.Hemostasis related indexes,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence of bleeding,hysterectomy rate,uterine infection rate,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time ofhemostasis operation and retention time of tamponade in group A was shorter than that in group B,the time of hemostasis was significantly longer than that in group B,and the total blood loss within 24 h after surgery was less than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence of bleeding,hysterectomy rate and uterine infection rate in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Satisfaction score of group A(96.58±4.26)points was higher than that of group B(91.04±6.21)points,and satisfaction score of 85.71%was higher than that of group B(57.14%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of intrauterine water sac compression for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section has more accurate and safer hemostatic effect,can reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions and complications,improve patient satisfaction,and has high application value.
