优思悦在人工流产术后即时应用的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨优思悦(屈螺酮炔雌醇片Ⅱ)在门诊人工流产术后即时应用对术后子宫恢复的临床效果。方法选取120例因早孕行人工流产术患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组60例。试验组患者人工流产术后给予中成药口服促子宫复旧益宫颗粒且当日起口服优思悦,对照组患者人工流产术后给予中成药口服促子宫复旧治疗。比较两组患者术后阴道出血量,首次月经时间,术后14 d、21 d子宫内膜厚度及首次月经时间。结果试验组患者阴道出血量(17.6±5.0)ml少于对照组的(30.0±9.4)ml,首次月经时间(24.3±2.4)d短于对照组的(34.5±6.2)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后14 d、21 d子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,首次月经时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后患者即时给予优思悦周期性口服对缩短术后阴道出血时间、促进子宫内膜恢复和月经转归有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immediate application ofYousiyue(drospirenone estradiol tablet II)on postoperative uterine recovery after outpatient induced abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing induced abortion due to early pregnancy were selected as research objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Experimental group was given Chinese patent medicine oral promoting uterine rejuvenation Yigong granule after artificial abortion and oral Yousiyue from the same day,control group was given Chinese patent medicine oral promoting uterine rejuvenation treatment after artificial abortion.Postoperative vaginal blood loss,time of first menstruation,endometrial thickness at 14 and 21 days after surgery and time offirst menstruation were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in experimental group(17.6±5.0)ml was less than that in control group(30.0±9.4)ml,and the time of first menstruation(24.3±2.4)d was shorter than that in control group(34.5±6.2)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of experimental group was significantly thicker than that ofcontrol group at 14 and 21 days after surgery,and the time of first menstruation was earlier than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodic oral administration of Yousiyue immediately after induced abortion has important clinical application value in shortening postoperative vaginal bleeding time,promoting endometrial recovery and menstrual outcome.
