综合护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌术后患者应用综合护理干预的效果,及对其心理状态与生活质量的影响。方法选取62例接受宫颈癌手术治疗的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组患者术后应用常规护理,观察组患者术后应用综合护理干预。比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理、心理、环境与社会关系评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.77%高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌术后患者施行综合护理干预,可改善患者负面情绪,提高生活质量与护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for cervical cancer patients and the effect on their psychological status and quality of life.Methods 62 patients receiving surgical treatment for cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiological,psychological,environmental and social relationship scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%higher than that of the control group 77.42%(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative patients with cervical cancer can improve patients*negative emotions,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,worthy ofclinical promotion.
