摘　　要：目的:统计分析2019—2021年成分血制备过程中血液报废情况,了解血液制备过程血液报废发生的原因以及发展趋势,探讨成分血制备的改进措施以减少制备成分血的报废。方法:选择2019—2021年广州血液中心因制备成分血而报废的血液信息进行分析研究。结果:2019—2021年共制备全血类、血浆类、红细胞类成分血1702313袋,其中报废的成分血37020袋,报废率为2.17%。成分血制备报废的主要类别是血浆类,3年共报废36030袋血浆,占所有报废量的97.33%。报废的主要原因是脂血,3年总报废量是33709袋,占所有报废量的91.05%。结论:成分血制备近3年的报废情况总体趋于平稳,总的报废率保持在较低的水平。血液采集、运输、制备的每一个环节都有可能造成血液的报废,只有通过加强献血知识的宣传、规范采供血工作人员的操作、提高工作人员的质量意识,从采血、运输、成分血制备等各环节的细节完善来减少成分血制备的报废,避免浪费血液资源,血液安全也得到更进一步的促进。Objective:To analyze the blood rejects in the preparation of component blood from 2019 to 2021,to understand the causes and development trend of blood rejects in the preparation of blood,and to discuss the improvement measures of component blood preparation to reduce the rejects in the preparation of component blood.Methods:The information of blood scrapped by Guangzhou Blood Center due to preparation of component blood from 2019 to 2021 was selected for analysis and research.Re⁃sults:A total of 1702313 bags of whole blood,plasma and red blood cell-based component blood were prepared from 2019 to 2021,of which 37020 bags of component blood were scrapped,with a scrap rate of 2.17%.The main reason for scrapping was lipe⁃mia,and the total scrapping volume in 3 years was 33709 bags,accounting for 91.05%of all scrapping volumes.Conclusion:The scrap situation of component blood preparation in the past three years has generally stabilized,and the overall scrap rate has re⁃mained at a relatively low level.Only by strengthening the publicity of blood donation knowledge,regulating the operation of blood collection and supply staff,improving the quality awareness of staff,and improving the details of blood collection,transportation,and preparation of component blood can we reduce the waste of component blood preparation and avoid wasting blood resources,and blood safety can be further promoted.
