摘 要:在中性点不接地的配电网中,极易产生TV铁磁谐振过电压,严重威胁系统安全运行。铁磁谐振影响因素多种多样,常见消谐措施虽简单易行,但会因实际场景的改变导致消谐效果不理想。基于此,利用PSCAD对TV铁磁谐振与常见消谐方法进行模型搭建及仿真计算,分析总结消谐过程中的谐振影响因素及常见消谐方法的适用场景,得出的一系列结论对电力部门治理铁磁谐振具有一定的指导意义。同时提出分阶段实施的综合消谐策略,不仅降低了成本,而且将消谐措施复合,提出改进后的4TV接线法,根据不同场景及谐振类型选择各自适合的消谐方法,经仿真验证该消谐方案的有效性,其消谐效果优于仅使用单一传统消谐措施,可实现迅速消谐。In the distribution network with ungrounded neutral point,TV ferroresonance overvoltage is very easy to occur,which seriously threatens the safe operation of the system.There are various factors affecting ferroresonance.Although the common harmonic elimination measures are simple and easy to implement,the effect of harmonic elimination is not ideal due to the change of the actual scene.Based on this,this paper analyzes and summarizes the influence factors in the process of harmonic elimination and application scenarios of common harmonic elimination methods through the model building and simulation calculation of TV ferroresonance and common harmonic elimination methods by PSCAD,and draws a series of conclusions that can provide reference for the power sector to control ferroresonance.At the same time,a comprehensive harmonic elimination strategy implemented in stages is proposed,which not only reduces the cost,but also combines the harmonic elimination measures,and proposes the improved 4TV method to achieve the selection of appropriate harmonic elimination methods according to different scenarios and resonance types.The effectiveness of this harmonic elimination scheme is verified by simulation,and its harmonic elimination effect is better than that of using only a single traditional harmonic elimination measure,which can achieve rapid harmonic elimination.
