摘  要:目前,我国处理配电网接地故障仍以人工拉路的方式为主,使用该方式排查故障会出现大面积停电,排查效率低下,易造成经济损失,如何将故障点快速定位并就地隔离是解决该问题的关键。提出一种基于配电开关监控终端(Feeder Terminal Unit,FTU)的10 kV馈线零序保护整定策略,在该策略下对线路上FTU的零序保护定值根据其开关的安装点位进行整定,使各FTU互相配合,达到故障定位和隔离的目的。经过理论计算和配电网真实案例的验证,该策略的应用能有效利用FTU对接地故障进行定位和就地隔离,提高了接地故障的排查效率。At present,the handling of distribution network grounding fault in our country is still mainly by artificial pull road.Using this method to troubleshoot faults will lead to large area power failure,low efficiency and easy to cause economic loss.How to quickly locate the fault point and isolate it in place is the key to solve this problem.This paper proposes a zero-sequence protection setting strategy for 10 kV feeder based on feeder terminal unit(FTU).Under this strategy,the zero-sequence protection setting value of FTU on the line is set according to the installation point of its switch,so that each FTU can cooperate with each other to achieve the purpose of fault location and isolation.Through theoretical calculation and real case verification of distribution network,the application of this strategy can effectively use FTU to locate and isolate ground faults,and improve the efficiency of troubleshooting ground faults.
