摘 要:文章在构建延伸国内价值链对企业出口产品质量影响的理论模型基础上,采用2000~2013年中国海关贸易数据库和中国工业企业数据库的匹配数据,从微观企业层面实证检验了延伸国内价值链对企业出口产品质量的影响以及全国统一大市场的调节效应。研究结果表明:延伸国内价值链能够显著促进企业出口产品质量提升。影响机制结果显示,国内价值链培育能够通过提高固定成本投入效率和生产率两个渠道促进企业出口产品质量升级。异质性分析结果显示,延伸国内价值链对东部地区企业、低融资约束企业和低产品质量企业的出口产品质量有更强的促进作用。扩展性分析的结果表明,全国统一大市场能够增强延伸国内价值链对企业出口产品质量的促进效应。因此,延伸和发展国内价值链,加快全国统一大市场形成有助于促进企业出口产品质量提高,是中国制造业摆脱“大”而不“强”困局的关键。On the basis of constructing the theoretical model of the influence of extending national value chain on export products quality of the enterprises,this paper uses the matched data of China customs trade database and Chinese industrial enterprises database from 2000 to 2013 to empirically test the influence of extending national value chain on export products quality of the enterprises and the regulatory effect of the unified national market at the micro-enterprise level.The research result shows that extending national value chain can significantly improve export products quality of the enterprises.The influencing mechanism result reveals that the cultivation of national value chain can promote the upgrading of export products quality of the enterprises through improving the fixed cost input efficiency and the productivity.The heterogeneity analysis result indicates that extending national value chain has a stronger promotion effect on export products quality of the enterprises in the eastern region,the enterprises with low financing constraint and the enterprises with lower product quality.The extensibility analysis result shows that the unified national market can enhance the promotion effect of extending national value chain on export products quality of the enterprises.Therefore,extending and developing national value chain and speeding up the formation of the unified national market will help improve export products quality of the enterprises,which is the key for China's manufacturing industry to getting rid of the dilemma of“big”but not“strong”.
