摘  要:为提升刚玉-莫来石匣钵在ZnO压敏陶瓷烧成中的使用性能,采用SEM、EDS等手段对用后的刚玉-莫来石匣钵的显微结构和微区成分进行表征来探究侵蚀机理。结果表明:刚玉-莫来石匣钵的侵蚀损毁主要是压敏陶瓷中的添加剂Bi2O3在烧结温度下沿气孔扩散至材料内部,与莫来石结合相和莫来石颗粒反应生成低熔点相破坏材料内部结构造成的,在侵蚀过程中白刚玉的微观形貌基本不发生改变,具有较好的抗侵蚀性。In order to improve the performance of corundum-mullite sagger in ZnO-based varistor ceramics sintering,SEM,EDS and other method were used to characterize the microstructure and micro-region composition of the corundum-mullite sagger to explore the corrosion mechanism.The results show that the additive Bi,O,in varistor ceramics diffuses into the interior of the material along the pores at sintering temperature,and then reacts with mullite and mullite particles to form a low melting point phase,which can destroy the internal structure of the material.The microscopic morphology of white corundum basically does not change during the erosion process and has good erosion resistance.
