摘  要:研究了光固化打印的曝光时间、打印层厚参数设置对成型陶瓷件形貌的影响,研究了SiCp和SiCw含量对ZTA陶瓷理化性能的增强效果。当曝光时间为3 s,打印层厚为4/6固化深度的时,制备出翘曲小,形状精度好的陶瓷件。当SiCp含量为5.2 vol%时,陶瓷件的抗压强度、断裂韧性、维氏硬度和分别为552±28 MPa、8.84±0.56MPa·m^(1/2)、19.06±0.35 GPa。当SiCw含量为10 vol%时,陶瓷件的抗压强度、断裂韧性、维氏硬度和分别为539±39 MPa、9.28±0.38 MPa·m^(1/2)、19.32±0.43 GPa。The effects of exposure time and printing layer thickness parameters on the morphology of ceramic parts were studied,and the enhancement effects of SiCp and SiCw content on the properties of ZTA ceramics were studied.When the exposure time was 3s and the printing layer thickness was 4/6 of the curing depth,the ceramic parts with small warpage and high shape accuracy were prepared.The ZTA ceramic with 5.2 vol%SiCp had the best toughening effect,and the highest compressive strength,fracture toughness,Vickers hardness were 55±28 MPa,8.84±0.56 MPa·m^(1/2) and 19.06±0.35 GPa.The ZTA ceramic with 10 vol%SiCw had the best toughening effect,and the highest compressive strength,fracture toughness,Vickers hardness were 539±39 MPa,9.28±0.38 MPa·m^(1/2) and 19.32±0.43 GPa.
