摘 要:在“仿古砖”生产过程中,后加工切割裂是近年来困扰建筑陶瓷企业生产的主要问题之一。本文结合现代分析测试方法从原料的稳定性探讨该缺陷的产生原因,并通过工艺调整解决该问题。研究发现:化学组成中Na_(2)O含量和矿物组成中泥中砂的含量波动过大是导致切割裂缺陷的主因。在实际生产过程中,应该每日进行浆、粉料化验,控制Na_(2)O含量在1.8%左右,其余关键元素波动在0.2%以内或更小,控制泥中砂总含量≤20%;每日一次切片吸水率检测,在0.25%以内;每日三次成品面、底吸水率检测,二者之差在0.03%以内,这些措施能够有效地预防切割裂缺陷。In the process of archaize brick production,the crack defect after cutting during post-processing has been one of the main problem of building ceramic enterprises in recent years.This paper focused on studying the causes and laws of the detects from the stability of raw materials in combination with modern analytical methods,thus adjusting technical parameters to overcome the crack defect.The results showed the crack defect was mainly attributed to the largely fluctuant content of sodium oxide and the quartz in raw materials.In the process of actual production,monitoring daily pulp and powder assured that the content sodium and other key elements should be controlled in about 1.8%and 0.2%or less respectively;second,the water absorption rate of the section was tested once a day and was controlled below 0.25%;third,the water absorption rate of product surface and bottom was tested three times a day and the difference between the two was less than 0.03%.The above measures can effectively prevent the forming of crack defect.
