海泡石/煤渣协同填充陶瓷的发泡工艺研究

摘　　要：针对目前陶瓷生产过程中产生的大量煤渣,为实现该固体废弃物的在陶瓷中有效回收利用。本文在分析煤渣和海泡石的微观结构、化学组成和热稳定性的基础上,将两者与陶瓷原料复配制备发泡陶瓷,研究其坯体在高温烧结后多孔结构和尺寸的变化规律。结果表明,两者的总填充量为20份时,烧结后的陶瓷坯体内部形成均匀的类圆形孔隙,且膨胀后形变较小,显示出最优的协同作用。This research aims to effectively recycle and utilize the large amount of cinder,a kind of solid waste formed during the current ceramic brick production process,in the ceramic tile production.Cinder and sepiolite are compounded with ceramic raw material powder to prepare foamed ceramics on the basis of analyzing the two kinds of materials'microscopic structure,chemical composition and thermal stability.The changing laws of their porous structure and size are also studied.The results show that when the total filling amount of the two is 20 phr,uniform quasi-circular pores are formed inside foamed ceramic tiles,and the foamed ceramic tiles have less deformation after expansion,showing the best synergistic effects.
