摘　　要：关防起源于古代用以骑缝钤盖的条印,明以前即已存在并广泛使用。明中叶以后,关防发展为国家官印体系中的重要印式,在明清时期是专门颁给重要临时派遣官的一种特殊印信。至国民政府时期,关防的适用范围和意涵进一步延展和规范化,确定为针对临时性机关和非例设的特设机关所专用的印信。Guanfang originated from the rectangular seal used for riding seam covers in ancient times,and it has been widely used before Ming Dynasty.After the middle of the Ming Dynasty,Guanfang developed into an important seal type in the official seal system.It was a kind of special seal issued to important temporary dispatched officials during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.During the period of the Nationalist Government,The scope of application and meaning of Guanfang has been further extended and standardized,and it has been determined as a special seal for temporary agencies and non-routine special agencies.
