摘 要:目的 观察某植物提取物含漱液与化学成分含漱液体外抑菌效果。方法 采用悬液定量抑菌试验法,对某植物含漱液与化学成分含漱液抑菌效果进行实验室观察。结果 植物含漱液为没食子煎煮提取物原液,化学成分含漱液为西吡氯铵加以相同的辅料制备而成的水溶液。植物含漱液浸泡10 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌抑菌率均可达到90%以上;化学成分含漱液浸泡2 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率即可达到90%以上。结论 本研究两种含漱液对细菌繁殖体均有良好的体外抑菌效果,以化学成分含漱液抑菌作用更快速。Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of plant extract gargle and chemical component gargle in vitro.Methods Suspension quantitative bacteriostatic test was used to observe the bacteriostatic effect of a plant gargle and a chemical component gargle in the laboratory.Results The plant gargle was the stock solution of the extract from the decoction of nutgall,and the chemical component gargle was aqueous solution containing Cetylpyridinium chloride and the same excipients.The antibacterial rate of plant gargle against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli could reach more than 90%after 10 min immersion;the antibacterial rate of chemical component gargle against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli could reach more than 90%after 2 min immersion.Conclusion The two kinds of gargles in this study have good antibacterial effect on bacterial propagation in vitro,and the chemical component gargle has a better antibacterial effect.
