摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈活动在消毒供应中心骨科外来器械包装环节质量控制中的应用效果。方法 成立品管圈,确立“降低骨科外来器械包装缺陷率”为活动主题,通过现况调查、验证真因,提出解决问题对策。比较品管圈活动实践前后骨科外来器械包装缺陷的发生情况。结果 骨科外来器械包装缺陷发生率由品管圈实施前的10.97%(49/447)降至实施后的2.14%(10/467),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=29.427,P<0.001)。结论 品管圈活动在骨科外来器械包装环节质量控制中有效降低了包装缺陷的发生率,优化了骨科外来器械包装工作流程,提升了工作人员的专业知识,更有助于外来手术器械再处理质量管理的持续改善。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity in the management of orthopedic loaned surgical instrument packaging in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods The quality control circle was established,and“reducing the error rate of orthopedic loaned surgical instrument packaging"was the activity theme.Through the investigation of the current situation and the verification of the real causes,the countermeasures were proposed to solve the problem.The occurrence of packaging errors of orthopedic loaned surgical instruments before and after the practice of QCC was compared.Results The incidence of packaging errors of orthopedic loaned surgical instruments before the implementation of QCC decreased from 10.97%(49/447)to 2.14%(10/467)after the implementation,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=29.427,P<0.001).Conclusion The QCC activity effectively reduces the incidence of packaging errors in the management of orthopedic loaned surgical instrument packaging,optimizes the working process,improves the professional knowledge of staff,and is more conducive to the continuous improvement of the quality management of loaned surgical surgical instrument reprocessing.
