摘　　要：院前急救是现代综合急救体系的重要组成部分。5G技术凭借高速率、大宽带、低时延优势,有望重塑院前急救新模式,实现120精准调度、上车即入院、呼叫即救治。通过基于5G的急救信息感知体系、急救网络传输体系、急救数据管理体系和智慧急救服务体系建设,整合和共享急救现场信息、医疗资源信息、患者健康信息、道路交通信息。我国基于5G的院前急救信息一体化建设尚处于初级阶段,虽已取得重要进展,但也存在各种问题和挑战。现针对5G院前急救信息一体化建设目标、建设对象和建设路径进行梳理。Pre-hospital emergency is an important part of modern comprehensive emergency system.With the advantages of high speed,large bandwidth,and low latency,5G technology is expected to reshape the new mode of pre-hospital emergency care,realizing 120 precision scheduling,admission on board and treatment on call.Emergency site information,medical resource information,patient health information and road traffic information would be integrated and shared through the construction of 5G-based emergency information perception system,emergency network transmission system,emergency data management system and intelligent emergency service system.The integration of pre-hospital emergency information based on 5G in China is still in the primary stage.Although important progress has been made,there are still various problems and challenges.This paper summarizes the goal,object and path of 5G pre-hospital emergency information integration construction.
