摘　　要：人民民主是社会主义的生命,是中国共产党始终高举的光辉旗帜。中国式现代化,是中国共产党领导的社会主义现代化,是坚持以人民为中心、坚持人民主体地位的现代化。中国共产党对中国式现代化的领导,始终坚持以人民为中心发展全过程人民民主,把人民当家作主有机地融入现代化建设各领域和全过程,从而不断凝聚起建设社会主义现代化国家的磅礴力量,更好造福全体中国人民。这正是中国式现代化蕴含的民主观的独特内涵和独到价值,具体包括以人民为中心的“民主主体观”、以全链条为载体的“民主制度观”、以全方位为特色的“民主参与观”和以全覆盖为价值的“民主治理观”。坚持以人民为中心发展全过程人民民主,是中国式现代化的本质要求,是中国共产党加强对中国式现代化全面领导的本质体现。People's democracy is the lifeblood of socialism,is the glorious banner upheld by the CPC.Chinese modernization is the socialist modernization under the leadership of the CPC,which adheres to the vision of people-centered development and the principal status of the people.Chinese modernization under CPC's leadership stays true to our commitment to the people-centered philosophy and the whole-process people's democracy,and ensures the people's status as masters of the country in all fields and the whole process of socialist modernization,coming together as a mighty force for modern socialist country and working for the benefit of the people.This is the unique connotation and value of the philosophy of democracy in Chinese modernization,which includes the people-centered"democratic subject view",the whole-process"democratic institution view",the all-round"democratic participation view",and the fully covered"democratic governance view".Committed to the people-centered philosophy of development and the whole process of people's democracy is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization and the essential embodiment of the CPC's strengthening of its overall leadership of Chinese modernization.
