摘  要:为探明宁夏雨养区莴笋主要农艺性状及其与单株产量间的关联关系,以13份莴笋品种为试验材料,对其单株产量与7个主要农艺性状进行了相关分析、通径分析和回归分析。结果表明:莴笋生长的7个主要农艺性状中,茎质量变异最大,变异系数为29.07%;莴笋单株产量与茎质量、茎长、茎叶比、叶质量呈极显著相关。通径分析发现,各性状对单株产量的直接效应从大到小排序为茎质量>叶质量>茎粗>茎长>生育期>株高>茎叶比,茎质量是决定单株产量的最主要因素,其次是叶质量;茎叶比与单株产量的直接通径系数(负值)为-0.00001,且绝对值最小,说明用茎叶比大小来筛选莴笋品种而提高单株产量效果不理想,这是由目前市场上莴笋品种特性决定的。回归分析表明,选择茎质量、叶质量、茎叶比与产量(Y)建立的最佳回归方程为Y=0.08592+0.99963X_(4)+1.00019X_(5)-0.04417X_(6)。本研究结果可为宁夏雨养区六盘山莴笋高产育种和推广提供参考。In order to explore the correlation between the main agronomic traits of asparagus lettuce and its yield per plant in rainfed areas of Ningxia,13 asparagus lettuce varieties were used as experimental materials to conduct correlation analysis,path analysis and regression analysis between their yield per plant and 7 main agronomic traits.The results show that among the 7 main agronomic traits of asparagus lettuce growth,the variation of stem weight was the largest,with a variation coefficient o£29.07%.The asparagus lettuce yield per plant was significantly correlated with stem weight,stem length,stem leaf ratio and leaf weight.The path analysis shows that the direct effect of each trait on the yield per plant ranked from largest to smallest as stem weight>leaf weight>stem diameter>stem length>growth period>plant height>stem leaf ratio.Stem weight was the most important factor detennining the yield per plant,followed by leaf weight.The direct path coefficient(negative value)of stem leaf ratio and yield per plant is-0.00001,and the absolute value is the smallest,indicating that the effect of screening lettuce varieties with large stem leaf ratio to improve yield per plant is not ideal,which is determined by the characteristics of lettuce varieties on the market at present.Regression analysis shows that the best regression equation was Y=0.08592+0.99963X_(4)+1.00019X_(5)-0.04417X_(6) by selecting stem weight,leaf weight,stem leaf ratio and yield(Y).The results of this study can provide a reference for high-yield breeding and popularization of asparagus lettuce in the rainfed area of Liupanshan region in Ningxia.
