摘 要:为了减少陷落柱对煤矿生产安全的危害,以某矿3103工作面为工程背景,提出挤密劈裂注浆加固技术,采用UDEC方法模拟采动影响下注浆前后陷落柱塑性扩展及应力分布过程,并结合现场实践观测陷落柱注浆治理情况。结果显示,在采动影响下,采空区两侧及顶底板区域都形成了明显的岩层破坏,陷落柱内部塑性区在左侧边界处发育高度最大,陷落柱内部塑性区发育范围及破坏程度大于完整地层,但是通过对比注浆段发现并未形成明显塑性破坏区域,注浆效果对阻止岩层破坏有一定的作用;垂直应力发生改变并重新分布,在采空区位置形成应力卸压区,在采空区两侧形成应力集中区,应力变化区域并未影响到陷落柱边界及内部,故此时对陷落柱的影响较小;与未注浆对比分析,陷落柱注浆段应力变化更小,说明注浆对陷落柱内部岩体起到了一定的加固作用。现场实践结果表明,浆液将陷落柱大部分空洞、裂隙充填满,浆液形成网络骨架将陷落柱冒落的煤岩体黏结在一起,注浆效果良好。In order to reduce the harm of collapse column to coal mine production safety,taking 3103 working face of a mine as the engineering background,the compaction splitting grouting reinforcement technology was proposed.The plastic expansion and stress distribution process of collapse column before and after grouting under the influence of mining were simulated by UDEC method.Finally,the grouting treatment situation of collapse column was observed based on the field practice.The results showed that under the mining effect,both sides of the goaf and roof and floor areas were formed obvious rock damage,collapse column within the plastic zone in the left side of the border development height was the largest,collapse column within the plastic zone development scope and extent of damage was greater than the complete formation,however,by comparing the grouting section,it was found that there was no obvious plastic failure zone formed,and the grouting effect had a certain effect on preventing rock layer damage.The vertical stress changed and redistributed,forming a stress relief area at the goaf location and a stress concentration area on both sides of the goaf.The stress change area did not affect the boundary and interior of the collapse column,so the impact on the collapse column was relatively small.Compared with the analysis without grouting,the stress change in the grouting section of the collapse column was smaller,indicating that grouting had played a certain reinforcement role in the internal rock mass of the collapse column.The field practice results showed that the grout fills most cavities and fissures in the collapse column,and the grout formed a network skeleton to bond the caved coal and rock mass of the collapse column,and the grouting effect was good.
