摘 要:选煤厂伴生矿物煤泥水处理系统中,煤的粒度差异会导致其分选精度较差。为提高煤泥水处理系统的处理效果,提出了选煤厂伴生矿物煤泥水处理系统的改造设计方法。根据采集到的煤泥数据,对煤泥的浓度和粒度进行测量和分析,实现了煤伴生矿物煤泥水的性质分析。根据分析结果,分别对煤泥分选流程、煤泥脱矿短流程和煤泥水剂处理3个方面进行了改造和优化,完成了选煤厂伴生矿物煤泥水处理系统的改造设计。通过对改造前后的净耗水量、水煤浆灰分和循环水浓度的测试,结果表明该方法是有效的。In the associated mineral slime water treatment system of coal preparation plant,the difference of coal particle size will lead to poor separation accuracy.In order to improve the treatment effect of coal slime water treatment system,the transformation and design method of associated mine slime water treatment system in coal preparation plant is put forward.According to the collected slime data,the concentration and particle size of slime are measured and analyzed,and the property analysis of coal associated mineral slime water is realized.According to the analysis results,the slime separation process,slime demineralization short process and slime water treatment are reformed and optimized respectively,and the transformation design of the associated mineral slime water treatment system in coal preparation plant is completed.Through the test of net water consumption,coal water slurry ash and circulating water concentration before and after the transformation,the results show that the method is effective.
