摘 要:为了解决煤矿瓦斯利用补助资金管理过程中可能存在的数据失真、缺乏监管手段等难题,通过瓦斯赋存动态监测、瓦斯抽采闭环监测、瓦斯发电流量和状态监测研发煤矿瓦斯抽采与发电多源数据监测系统表明,将瓦斯含量测定数据输入基于GIS的瓦斯地质智能分析模块,采用微积分方式得到抽采区块精确的可抽采和剩余瓦斯储量数据;实时监测和采集瓦斯抽采浓度、流量、纯量等参数,通过钻孔工程管控对瓦斯抽采计量进行辅助闭环评估,从中发现有无明显多报、错报事故;系统可经过相邻矿井数据对比、多源数据的关联性特征分析,进行单井瓦斯抽采和发电利用数据异常诊断。系统可为企业瓦斯抽采和发电补助资金的兑现提供依据。In order to solve the problems of data distortion and lack of supervision means that may exist in the process of coal mine gas utilization subsidy fund management,a multi-source data monitoring system for coal mine gas drainage and power generation is developed through gas storage dynamic monitoring,gas drainage closed-loop monitoring,gas power generation flow and state monitoring.The results show that the gas content measurement data is input into the GIS based gas geology intelligent analysis module.The precise data of extractable and residual gas reserves in the pumping block are obtained by calculus;monitor and collect parameters such as gas extraction concentration,flow and purity in real time,and conduct auxiliary closed-loop evaluation on gas extraction measurement through drilling engineering control,so as to find out whether there are obvious over reporting and false reporting accidents.The system can diagnose the abnormal data of single well gas extraction and power generation by comparing the data of adjacent mines and analyzing the correlation characteristics of multi-source data.The design and application of the system provide a basis for the realization of the subsidy funds for gas extraction and power generation.
