摘 要:文中研究了辽河低凝稠油乳化严重原因,根据破乳机理采购合适的市售破乳剂,对36种破乳剂单剂进行瓶试法静态评选,筛选5种破乳脱水效果较好的单剂进行二元复配实验,得到2种复配型破乳剂进行正交复配实验,使用复配型破乳剂进行动态电脱盐模拟实验优化操作条件,最终得到复配型破乳剂的配方并进行工业应用研究其可行性。This paperstudied the cause of serious emulsification of Liaohe low-point heavy oil,conducted the bottle test method forstatic selection to 36 single demulsifier by purchasing suitable commercial demulsifier according to the demulsifier mechanism,and screened5 single demulsifier with good demulsifier and dehydration effect for binary combination experiment,which obtained 2 combinational demulsifiers for orthogonal combination experiment.The compound demulsifier was used to optimize the operating conditions in dynamic electrodemulsifier simulation experiment,and finally the formula of the compound demulsifier was obtained and its feasibility was studied in industrial application.
