摘　　要：中国海油某炼油厂的150×10^(4)t/a连续重整装置长期受到重整生成油脱氯后氯含量超标问题的困扰,影响安全生产。文中从氯元素的来源、原料性质、分析方法、无机氯与有机氯的脱氯原理等多方面阐述了LH-Y脱氯剂的研发思路并介绍了该剂的应用过程,为液相脱氯剂的深入研发、创新和工业应用提供借鉴。The 150×10^(4) t/a continuous reforming unit of a refinery of CNOOC had been plagued by excessive chlorine content after dechlorination of reformed oil for a long time,which affected the safety of production.This paperelaboratedthe research and development ideas of LH-Y dechlorination agentfrom the sources of chlorine elements,properties of raw materials,analytical methods,dechlorination principles of inorganic chlorine and organic chlorine and introduced its application process,provided reference for the in-depth research and development,innovation and industrial application of liquid phase dechlorination agent.
