摘 要:在总结不同环境中PET水解机理的基础上,从动力学角度综述PET的水解行为。根据水解过程中PET分子量、端羧基含量、质量及材料性能等指标的变化,能够定量分析温度、压力、pH等环境因素对水解速率的影响;PET材料的宏观形态及微观结构也会影响水分的扩散速率从而影响PET的水解速率。通过对PET水解动力学影响因素的研究,有助于扩大PET材料的应用范围,为抗水解PET材料的开发提供参考。The ester groups in polyethylene terephthalate(PET)leads to the hydrolysis of PET in specific environments,so it is of great significance to study the hydrolysis behavior of PET material for its depolymerization recovery or long-term safe use.On the basis of the hydrolysis mechanism of PET in different environments,this paper summarizes the hydrolysis behavior of PET from the aspect of kinetic.According to the changes of molecular weight,carboxylate content,mass and material properties during the hydrolysis process of PET,the influences of temperature,pressure,pH and other environmental factors on the hydrolysis rate can be quantitatively analyzed.The macroscopic morphology and microstructure of PET material also affect the hydrolysis rate of PET by affecting the diffusion rate of water.The research on the influencing factors of PET hydrolysis kinetics is helpful to expand the application range of PET materials and provide guidance for the development of anti-hydrolysis PET materials.
