摘　　要：辽阳石化聚酯厂热媒炉改造目的是将燃料由渣油改为天然气,采用低氮氧燃烧系统,改造后保持了原有热负荷不变,使加热炉的环保排放限值符合国家规范的要求,保证加热炉的热效率、且安全平稳运行,达到减排,长周期运行的目的。The purpose of the transformation of the heating medium furnace in Liaoyang Petrochemical Polyester Plant is to change the fuel from residual oil to natural gas.Through the use of low nitrogen oxygen combustion system and low nitrogen oxygen combustion system,the original heat load will not be changed after the transformation,so that the environmental protection emission limit of the heating furnace meets the requirements of national specifications,ensure the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace,and ensure safe and stable operation,so as to achieve emission reduction and long-term operation.
