摘 要:研究了在添加Ti当量为0.01 wt%条件下,不同xTiC-(1-x)TiB_(2)(x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1)配比对A356铝合金微观组织与力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,添加复合变质剂后,A356铝合金组织中的菊花状、板条状共晶Si晶粒逐渐变为球形和等轴形,粗大蔷薇状的α-Al晶粒明显细化为细小的椭圆状。随着x增加,合金组织先明显细化后略有长大,抗拉强度和维氏硬度均先增加后逐渐降低。当x=0.25时,复合变质剂对A356铝合金晶粒细化效果达到最佳,力学性能最优,其抗拉强度为222 MPa,维氏硬度为93.8 HV,相较于未添加变质剂的A356铝合金分别提升了18.09%、46.40%。In this paper,the effects of different ratios of xTiC-(1-x)TiB_(2)(x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 aluminum alloy were studied under the condition of adding Ti equivalent of 0.01 wt.%.The results show that with the addition of compound modifier,the eutectic Si grains of chrysanthemum and lath in the microstructure of A356 aluminum alloy gradually become spherical and equiaxed,and the coarse rose-likeα-Al grains are obviously refined into fine ellipse.With the increase of x,the microstructure of the alloy was obviously refined and then coarsened slightly,and the tensile strength and Vickers hardness increased at first and then decreased gradually.When x=0.25,the effect of composite modifier on grain refinement of A356 aluminum alloy is the best,and its mechanical properties are the best.Its tensile strength is 222 MPa and Vickers hardness is 93.8 HV,which is 18.09%and 46.40%higher than that of A356 aluminum alloy without modifier.
