摘 要:针对JX4D24发动机缸体冷芯盒工艺外观孔眼缺陷问题,在分析了发动机缸体铸件结构特点和铸造工艺方法的基础上,探究了发动机缸体外观孔眼缺陷产生的原因,提出了增加排气、增加局部加工余量、提高浇注温度、优化浇注系统等改善措施。改善实施后缸体外观孔眼类缺陷比例降幅达60%,极大地提升了JX4D24发动机缸体冷芯盒工艺的产品质量。Aiming at the appearance hole defects of cold core box process of JX4D24 engine cylinder block,the causes of appearance hole defects of engine cylinder block were explored on the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics and casting process methods of engine cylinder block castings,and the improvement measures such as increasing exhaust gas,increasing local processing allowance,improving pouring temperature and optimizing pouring system were put forward.After the implementation of the improvement,the proportion of hole and hole defects on the appearance of the cylinder block decreased by 60%,which greatly improved the product quality of the cold core box process of the JX4D24 engine cylinder block.
