摘　　要：随着钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2(SGLT2)抑制剂用于2型糖尿病和心力衰竭的治疗,其对于心律失常的潜在作用也逐渐受到了关注。近期研究显示,SGLT2抑制剂在糖尿病和非糖尿病患者中都具有抗心律失常的作用。本文就SGLT2抑制剂抗心律失常的作用机制、相关临床试验、不良反应、局限性以及未来的发展方向做一综述。With the use of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors(SGLT2)inhibitors for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and heart failure,the potential effect on arrhythmia has gradually received attention.Recent studies have shown that SGLT2 inhibitors may play an anti-arrhythmic role in in both diabetic and non-diabetic patients.This article reviews the mechanism of action,clinical trials,adverse reactions,limitations and future development of SGLT2 inhibitors in the field of anti-arrhythmia.
