摘 要:视频会议以其灵活性、便捷性、高效性等优点,在创新办公方式、推进绿色办公方面有着巨大的潜力。文章主要围绕视频终端突发流量问题,对系统整体性能影响进行研究。首先,对突发流量如何产生进行研究分析,引出了秒级流量和毫秒级流量,通过突发流量与实际基准带宽进行比较,判断造成丢包的原因为终端产生突发流量引起视频会议系统丢包。其次,研究了多种传输设备场景下突发流量容忍性对比测试。在每种情况下,通过控制变量,对选用不同传输设备场景下的视频会议进行建会测试,通过实验数据发现具有缓存机制的传输设备能够有效地处理突发流量问题。因此,在终端存在突发流量的情况下,扩大带宽或合理选用传输设备,能有效提高通信系统性能,避免造成资源浪费,为未来视频会议系统建设提供了新的思路。With its advantages of flexibility,convenience,and efficiency,video conferencing has great potential in innovative office methods and promoting green office.This paper mainly focuses on the burst traffic of the video terminal,and studies the impact on the overall performance of the system.Firstly,we study how burst traffic is generated,second-level traffic and millisecond-level traffic are introduced.By comparing the burst traffic with the actual baseline bandwidth,the cause of packet loss is found out that the terminal generates burst traffic and causes packet loss in the video conference system.Secondly,a comparative test on the tolerance of burst traffic in a variety of transmission equipment scenarios is studied.In each case,we used control variables to test the establishment of video conferences under different transmission equipment scenarios.Experimental data showed that transmission equipment with a caching mechanism was found to be able to effectively deal with burst traffic problems.In summary,when there is a burst traffic in the terminal,expanding the bandwidth or selecting a reasonable transmission device can effectively improve the performance of the communication system,avoid waste of resources,and provide new ideas for the construction of future video conferencing systems.
