摘　　要：电力通信网用于传输电力生产的各类控制信号,是保证电力安全稳定运行不可或缺的重要载体。文章对电力骨干传输网承载电力通信业务的组网结构、业务配置方式及发展趋势进行了研究。首先讨论了电力传输网的分层网络结构和业务生存性方案,然后详细分析了SDH传输网承载不同电压等级输电线路继电保护业务、调度数据网、调度交换网等业务的通道配置模式,对不同模式下各类业务通道的可靠性进行了讨论,最后对电力骨干传输网的发展趋势进行了展望并提出了有益建议。Power communication network is used to transmit various control signals of power production,which is an indispensable carrier to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids.This paper studies the networking structure,service configuration modes and development trend of power backbone transmission network carrying communication services.Firstly,the hierarchical network structure and service survivability scheme of power transmission network are discussed.Then,the channel configuration modes of synchronous digital hierarchy transmission network carrying relay protection services for different voltage transmission lines,dispatching data network,dispatching switching network and other services are analyzed in detail.The reliability of service channels under different modes are also discussed.Finally,we prospect the development trend of power backbone transmission network and present beneficial suggestions.
