摘 要:在JTVC650B立式加工中心上分别使用未涂层刀具和AlCrN涂层刀具对45钢进行单因素干铣削试验,探究两种刀具对铣削弯矩性能的影响;采用AlCrN涂层刀具对Ti6Al4V进行干铣削试验,运用单因素试验法研究铣削方式和铣削要素对铣削弯矩的影响,并利用正交试验法结合方差分析和信噪比分析,研究AlCrN涂层刀具干铣削Ti6Al4V的最优铣削参数组合,并对AlCrN涂层刀具磨损区域进行SEM和EDS分析。研究表明:相对于未涂层刀具,采用AlCrN涂层刀具能够有效降低铣削过程中产生的弯矩;铣削Ti6Al4V时,AlCrN涂层刀具采用顺铣的方法比逆铣更优;铣削弯矩随着主轴转速的增加而逐渐减小趋于平稳,随着进给量和铣削深度的增加而增大,最优铣削参数为A3B1C1;AlCrN涂层刀具磨损区域存在磨料磨损、黏结磨损和扩散磨损。In JTVC650B vertical machining center,the dry milling tests of 45 steel with uncoated tools and AlCrN coated tools are carried out to explore the influences of the two tools on the milling bending moment performances.The dry milling tests are carried out on Ti6Al4V with AlCrN coated tools.Single factor test is used to explore the influence of milling method and milling elements on milling bending moment.Orthogonal tests method are used to explore the optimal milling parameters of Ti6Al4V with AlCrN coated tools by ANOVA and SNR analysis,and the wear areas of AlCrN coated tools are analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results show that AlCrN coated tools can effectively reduce the bending moment generated during milling compared with uncoated cutters.When milling Ti6Al4V,the forward milling method are better than the reverse milling method using AlCrN coated tools.Milling bending moment decreases gradually with the increase of spindle speed and finally tends to be stable.It increases with the increase of feed and milling depth.The optimum milling parameters are A3B1C1.There are abrasive wear,adhesive wear and diffusion wear in the wear areas of AlCrN coated tools.
