摘 要:为研究双刃滚刀对节理岩石的适用性,采用ABAQUS仿真软件对其破岩过程进行研究仿真。仿真过程中采用修正的Drucker-Prager岩石模型,研究双刃滚刀切入节理岩石的贯入度和进给速度等参数对切削过程中破岩效率的影响,通过岩石的破损量、最大塑性变形及破岩的比能耗等分析破岩结果。本文采用的岩石与节理的模型参数为节理间距70mm,节理厚度10mm,节理倾角为45°。研究结果表明:节理处破损情况较岩石更明显,最佳贯入度为12.5mm,最佳进给速度为250mm/s。该研究结果可以对节理岩石盾构施工中刀盘的转速和刀具侵入岩石深度参数设置提供参考。In order to study the applicability of double-edged hob to jointed rock,the simulation software ABAQUS is used to study and simulate its rock breaking process.The modified Drucker-Prager rock model is used in the simulation process.The influence of the parameters such as the penetration degree and the feed speed of the double-edge hob on the rock breaking efficiency in the cutting process is studied.The rock breaking results are analyzed by the damage amount of rock,the maximum plastic deformation of rock,the specific energy consumption of rock breaking.The model parameters of rock and joint adopted in this paper are joint spacing 70mm,joint thickness 10mm and joint dip angle 45°.The results show that the damage of joints is more obvious than that of rocks.The optimal penetration is 12.5mm and the optimal feed rate is 250mm/s.The research results provide guidance and reference value for the parameter setting of the rotation speed of the cutter head and the depth of the rock invaded by the cutter in the shield construction of jointed rock.
