摘  要:针对回转体零件几何形状的在机测量与评价问题,结合反射式激光位移传感器研究了基于一维激光传感器的圆柱度偏差在机测量方法,并就圆柱度偏差在机测量模型和一维激光传感器测量与误差模型进行重点研究,提出了结合加工机床的基于一维激光位移测量的圆柱度偏差在机测量方案,通过实际测试验证了圆柱度偏差在机测量方法的合理性。该研究不仅具有较高的测量精度与工作效率,还可拓展机床加工与测量的能力。To solve the problem of on-machine measurement and evaluation of the geometries for cylinder parts,the on-machine measurement based on 1D laser sensor for cylindricity deviation is proposed with the laser displacement sensor.This measurement model of cylindricity deviation and the measurement error model of laser sensor are introduced.Based on this,the on-machine measurement scheme of cylindricity deviation using laser displacement sensor is investigated.The rationality of the cylinder deviation measurement is verified in the practical test.This work not only has high measurement accuracy and work efficiency,but also expands the capabilities of machining and measuring of a machine tool.
