摘　　要：目的:探讨脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)预测颈动脉狭窄患者颈动脉支架形成术(CAS)后再狭窄的价值。方法:选择2015年10月至2021年10月我院收治的110例行CAS术的颈动脉狭窄患者为研究对象,术前均检测Lp-PLA2、MMP-9水平。术后随访6个月,观察患者再狭窄发生情况,并分析Lp-PLA2、MMP-9预测患者CAS后再狭窄的价值。结果:随访期间发生再狭窄20例(18.18%);合并糖尿病、术前Lp-PLA2及MMP-9水平高是颈动脉狭窄患者CAS后再狭窄的危险因素(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2、MMP-9及联合检测预测颈动脉狭窄患者CAS后再狭窄的曲线下面积分别为0.776、0.782及0.851。结论:Lp-PLA2、MMP-9预测颈动脉狭窄患者CAS后再狭窄有一定价值。Objective:To investigate the value of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in predicting restenosis after carotid artery stenting(CAS)in patients with carotid artery stenosis.Methods:110 patients with carotid artery stenosis who underwent CAS surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and the levels of Lp-PLA2 and MMP-9 were detected before surgery.The occurrence of restenosis in patients was observed after 6 months of postoperative follow-up,and the value of Lp-PLA2 and MMP-9 in predicting restenosis after CAS in these patients was analyzed.Results:During the follow-up period,the restenosis was occurred in 20 cases(18.18%).The risk factors of restenosis after CAS in patients with carotid artery stenosis were diabetes,high preoperative levels of Lp-PLA2 and MMP-9(P<0.05).The area under the curve for predicting restenosis after CAS in patients with carotid artery stenosis using Lp-PLA2,MMP-9,and combined detection was 0.776,0.782,and 0.851,respectively.Conclusion:Lp-PLA2 and MMP-9 have certain value in predicting restenosis after CAS in patients with carotid artery stenosis.
