摘　　要：教师是办好教育的关键。教师思想政治工作是高校开展一切工作的生命线,也是新时代高校立德树人的基础工程。当前高校教师思想政治情况总体向好,但存在的一些共性问题仍然不容忽视。对高校党委教师工作部教师思想政治工作中的常见问题加以梳理,对其成因加以剖析,并尝试从学校层面,在完善体制机制、协同联动、体系构建、建设投入、优化创新等方面,给出相应的解决对策;从教师层面,以提升教师内生主动性和自觉性为出发点,助力教师思想政治工作提质增效。Teachers are the key to education.The ideological and political work of teachers is not only the lifeline of all work in colleges and universities,but also the basic project for colleges and universities to establish morality and cultivate people in the new era.At present,the ideological and political situation of college teachers is generally good,but some common problems still can not be ignored.This paper sorts out the common problems in the ideological and political work of teachers in the teacher work Department of the Party Committee of colleges and universities,analyzes their causes,and tries to improve the quality and efficiency of teachers'ideological and political work from the school level,in the aspects of improving the system and mechanism,coordination,system construction,construction investment,optimization and innovation,etc.,from the perspective of teachers,in order to enhance teachers'endogenous initiative and consciousness as the starting point.
