摘　　要：增强高校思想政治工作队伍的宗旨意识是新时代加强和改进高校思想政治工作的根本前提和重要保障。宗旨意识是作为思想政治工作者的必要条件、基本特征、根本要求。新时代,增强高校思想政治工作队伍宗旨意识,是“培养思政行家里手”,应对新形势、新挑战的必然要求。机制体制建设、抓好教育培训、践行宗旨、深化共识是增强高校思想政治工作队伍宗旨意识的有效途径。Strengthening the purpose consciousness of the ideological and political work team in colleges and universities is the fundamental premise and important guarantee for strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.The sense of purpose is the necessary condition,basic feature and fundamental requirement for ideological and political workers.In the new era,strengthening the purpose awareness of the ideological and political work team in colleges and universities is the inevitable requirement of"cultivating ideological and political experts"to cope with the new situation and new challenges.The construction of mechanism and system,education and training,implementation of purpose and deepening of consensus are effective ways to enhance the purpose awareness of the ideological and political work team in colleges and universities.
