摘  要:针对南京市地铁建设过程中砂卵石地层中盾构刀盘频繁调停问题,结合南京市宁和城际铁路02标项目部盾构区间,分析了砂卵石地层土压平衡式盾构施工难点,通过区间土体改良情况得出其对刀盘扭矩的影响范围,为盾构施工给出合理性的意见与建议。Aiming at the problem of frequent interference of shield cutterheads in sandy gravel strata during the construction of Nanjing metro,combined with the shield section of Nanjing Ninghe intercity railway Lot 02 project department,the difficulties in the construction of earth pressure balanced shield machines in sandy gravel strata are analyzed,and the range of influence on cutterhead torque is obtained through the improvement of the soil mass in the section,providing reasonable opinions and suggestions for shield construction.
