摘  要:以某教学科研楼转换层竖向结构采用十字形型钢混凝土斜柱为研究对象,针对型钢混凝土斜柱大截面和超长的设计特点,易导致模板及支撑加固困难、多向复杂钢筋穿插绑扎工艺复杂,柱梁节点处混凝土浇筑难度大等问题,总结超长大截面型钢混凝土斜柱的施工工艺。通过对斜柱混凝土浇筑施工进行研究并结合BIM技术,创新性地提出引入一种振捣引导器辅助指导混凝土浇筑施工,并采用一种组拼扣件咬合式模板体系,在满足型钢斜柱整体模板的稳定性和牢固可靠性前提下,有效解决了型钢混凝土斜柱因形状异形且底部钢筋密集,导致底部混凝土振捣不密实而影响混凝土施工质量的技术难题。Taking a cross shaped steel reinforced concrete inclined column as the research object for the vertical structure of a transfer floor of a teaching and research building,and aiming at the design characteristics of large section and overlength steel reinforced concrete inclined columns,which can easily lead to difficulties in formwork and support reinforcement,complex multi directional and complex steel bar insertion and binding technology,and difficult concrete pouring at column beam joints,this paper summarizes the construction technology of large section and overlength steel reinforced concrete inclined columns.Through researching the concrete pouring construction of inclined columns and combining with BIM technology,it is innovatively proposed to introduce a vibration guide to assist in guiding the concrete pouring construction,and to adopt a combined fastener interlocking formwork system,which effectively solves the problem of irregular shape and dense reinforcement at the bottom of steel reinforced concrete inclined columns on the premise of satisfying the stability and firm reliability of the overall formwork of steel reinforced inclined columns,A technical problem that causes the bottom concrete to vibrate incompletely and affects the quality of concrete construction.
