摘　　要：基于中小型机场航站区工程工期紧张、协调管理难度大、技术要求高的特点,总结归纳了航站区工程施工组织及进度控制要点,结合实际工程施工案例,从项目组织架构、施工部署等方面提出了施工组织的优化措施,从施工技术重难点、工期监控与纠偏措施等方面提出了进度控制的优化方案,为我国今后中小型机场航站区施工的进度保障提供依据。Based on the characteristics of tight construction period,difficult coordination and management,and high technical requirements of small and medium-sized airport terminal area project,this paper summarizes and summarizes the key points of construction organization and progress control of the terminal area project,and puts forward the optimization measures of construction organization from the aspects of project organization structure,construction deployment,and other aspects,and puts forward the optimization plan of progress control from the aspects of key and difficult construction technology,construction period monitoring and corrective measures.It will provide a basis for the progress guarantee of the construction of the terminal area of small and medium-sized airports in China in the future.
